The striploin with the bone, tenderloin and prime rib is excellent for ageing, but it can also be consumed without it. You can split the whole into separate parts, i.e., the prime rib, tenderloin and striploin, on your own if you prefer. The individual parts can be used to cut steaks, such as T-bone or Porterhouse.
