Delicate and sophisticated! Beef tenderloin is a very special beef cut. It only contains traces of fat, and its unique flavour and gentle aroma mean that the tenderloin steak will be something even the most picky palate will be unable to resist. However, remember that this type of meat requires some skill to prepare. It should certainly not be fried too long or on high heat.
Due to its unique qualities, beef tenderloin has a slightly shorter ageing period, which, however, is never shorter than 7 days.
The tenderloin steak is portioned into steaks with a
thickness of of approx. 5 cm.
