Our carefully prepared loin is smoked for a long time according to traditional methods to produce an excellent taste.
Product features:
– pork content: 111 g of meat per 100 g of the product,
– moderately salty, with a distinct flavour of spices,
– for cold consumption.
Nutritional value in 100 g of the product: energy: 627 kJ / 149 kcal, fat: 4.4 g, of which saturates: 1.7 g, carbohydrates: 1.3 g, of which sugars: <0.5 g, protein: 26 g, salt: 3.0 g.
