Preparation method:
OVEN: Place the product in an open casserole dish without foil packaging. Put the dish into an oven heated to 180°C with the “up-down” setting and bake for 30 minutes.
POT: Place the product in the foil packet in a pot with added water at approximately 90°C. Heat for 30 minutes, maintaining the above-mentioned temperature. Remove from the pot.
IN A FRYING PAN / SAUCEPAN: Remove the product from the plastic packaging and heat it in a frying pan or a saucepan for approximately 10 minutes, stirring it a couple of times.
