Preparation:
OVEN: Place the product in the foil wrapper in an open ovenproof dish. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) with the top and bottom heat setting and bake for 30 minutes.
POT: Place the product in the foil wrapper in a pot of water at approximately 90°C (196°F). Heat for 30 minutes, maintaining this temperature. Remove from the pot.
