Thai salad with slices of roast beef, peanuts and fresh mango 🥭


Recipe for 3-4 servings

Ingredients:
  • 300 g beef sirloin (marbled)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 100 g peanuts (unroasted)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1-2 chili peppers (optional)
  • 15 g mung bean sprouts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:


👉Cut the roast beef into thin slices (3–5 mm), fry in oil for 2 minutes on each side. Cool.
👉Peel and cut the mango into cubes, the cucumber into slices, the pepper into strips, and the onion into thin rings.
👉Sauce: Mix fish sauce, lime juice, cane sugar and chopped chili.

In a bowl, combine meat, vegetables, mango and cilantro. Pour sauce over, mix. Sprinkle with peanuts and mung sprouts.
