Thai salad with slices of roast beef, peanuts and fresh mango 
Recipe for 3-4 servings
Preparation time: 30-35min
Ingredients:
- 300 g beef sirloin (marbled)
- 1 ripe mango
- 100 g peanuts (unroasted)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1-2 chili peppers (optional)
- 15 g mung bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cut the roast beef into thin slices (3–5 mm), fry in oil for 2 minutes on each side. Cool.
Peel and cut the mango into cubes, the cucumber into slices, the pepper into strips, and the onion into thin rings.
Sauce: Mix fish sauce, lime juice, cane sugar and chopped chili.
In a bowl, combine meat, vegetables, mango and cilantro. Pour sauce over, mix. Sprinkle with peanuts and mung sprouts.
