Ingredients (6 servings):
📌 MARK’S tender beef – 600 g
📌 Bao buns (ready-made) or homemade:
– wheat flour 500 g
– sugar 30 g
– instant yeast 8 g
– salt 5 g
– warm water 250 ml
– vegetable oil 30 g

📌 Salad:
– white cabbage 200 g
– carrot 150 g
– mung bean sprouts 100 g
– rice vinegar 30 ml
– sesame oil 15 ml
– salt, pepper to taste

📌 Coriander mayonnaise:
– mayonnaise 150 g
– fresh coriander 30 g
– lime juice 15 ml
– garlic 1 clove
– salt 2 g

Preparation:
👉 Bao buns: combine ingredients in a bowl, knead, set aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Divide into 12 parts, roll out, fold in half, set aside again for 30 minutes. Steam for 10–15 minutes.

👉 Salad: chop cabbage, grate carrots, add sprouts and spices. Drizzle with vinegar and sesame oil and mix.

👉 Coriander mayonnaise: finely chop coriander, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place heated beef, salad on each bun and pour coriander mayonnaise over it. Serve warm.
